BBC Worldwide (together with Ragdoll and Minor Entertainment) are bringing In the Night Garden Live to several locations throughout the UK this summer. The hit TV show aimed at young children (but as an adult try taking the In the Night Garden Challenge: Watching it then switch off before the end – it’s pretty fascinating to watch – or maybe that’s just me) will take to the portable, inflatable stage at several locations in four cities (one still to be announced):

• Liverpool Sefton Park for 2 weeks from 17th July 2010
• London in August (location TBC)
• Glasgow in September (location TBC)
• Final destination to be announced

Vivid, the firm who brought you the Take That dolls some 17 years ago have now turned their attention to JLS, the hottest boy band in UK music at the moment (and 2008 runners up in the X-Factor UK). A range of collectors JLS dolls, one representing each of the band members (JB, Oritsé, Marvin and Aston) will be produced and launched Autumn/Winter 2010.
