Its a hot day in Greendale and Ted Glenn has invented a special ice cream machine. Hes promised all the children ice cream for a picnic in the afternoon but following a power cut has no means of operating the machine.Pat and PC Selby try to help but Pats van brings too much power and send ice cream flying whilst PC Selbys pedal power results in an ice cream flood.
